What do we agree before quoting?
We agree product and variant counts, data sources, payments, deliveries and integrations. Package limits define the scope; external subscriptions and transaction fees are stated separately.
How does remote delivery work?
You provide a brief and materials, receive an agreed scope and then review the implementation preview. Requests and decisions can be recorded in KODiPanel. Before launch, we test the agreed functions and hand over day-to-day administration.

Which ecommerce platform should I choose?
We start with your catalogue, variants, integrations and order workflow before recommending WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify or Shoper. We also discuss running costs and platform limitations.
Will my store have a custom theme?
Yes. We prepare a custom theme for the agreed views, tailored to your brand and products. We confirm the screens and features before work starts.
Will you add my products and variants?
The package defines the number of products and how they are added. Imports need a correctly prepared file with descriptions, prices, variants and images. Data cleanup, custom imports and supplier integrations are scoped separately.
How are payments and shipping configured?
We configure the agreed methods using the client’s provider accounts and test the checkout flow. Transaction fees, subscriptions and provider agreements are the store owner’s responsibility.
Can I manage the store after launch?
You receive admin access and a walkthrough of the agreed product, order and content features. Ongoing care, further integrations and development can be arranged separately.
