What do we agree before migration?
We review the source and destination environments, database, files, domain and dependencies. Email, redirects and any CMS change are confirmed separately; they are not automatically part of every migration.
Will you confirm the price before starting?
Yes. The listed price is a starting price for the stated scope. After reviewing the issue, we confirm the work, price and schedule. Any scope extension needs agreement.
How should I provide access?
Once access requirements are agreed, we will explain how to share them. Do not put passwords in the public contact form. Where possible, create a separate account for the work.
Can I arrange ongoing care afterwards?
Yes. After the work, we can agree updates, checks and future support requests. Ongoing care is a separate service.
